Refund policy

At Simplistic Motivation, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept refund requests only for items that arrive damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error as all items are PRINT TO ORDER.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review and approve your request, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Incorrect size and color selections
  • Normal wear and tear            

Please make sure to verify all of your SHIPPING INFORMATION is correct, and that you are purchasing the correct sizes and colors.
